I’ve never liked math but today here I am doing math because it can really help put goals into perspective and when I found this it BLEW MY MIND.
Because math is the bane of my existence, and maybe yours too, this is going to be simple math, I promise!

Each week we have 7 days likely with 3 meals each. That means we have 21 total opportunities to make healthy choices. Everyone is different so don’t feel tied to these suggestions and feel free to make it your own
Health shouldn’t be judged on one meal or one day alone it’s habits and trends over time.
90/10
This is eating mostly healthful options 90% of the time. If you have a total of 21 meals in a week, that means that about 3 meals of your week can be flexible and “off plan”
80/20
80/20 is one of the most common that I hear. Eating healthful options 80% of the time. Meaning if you have a total of 21 meals in a week about 5 of those can be more flexible and “off plan”
